Q. When should I sign up and use the new platform?

A.  The platform is ready for use now.  Please register ASAP to begin scheduling sessions with your service provider.

Q. Is the new platform live and ready for use?

A.  Yes.  The new platform is live and ready for use now.  We encourage you to register and begin establishing sessions with your service provider.

Q. Can I still use the legacy platform?

A.  The legacy platform no longer supports any type of session management. To obtain services with a Service Provider, we request that you use the new platform. 

Q. How do I register for the new Platform?

Q. My service provider said I should have received an email with instructions to register for the platform, but I never received them. How can I move forward?

A. If you have not received the email, you can still register for the platform. Please follow the instructions found in the following link to register for the platform:  Registration
