September is Recovery Month
For comprehensive list of activities and events are listed on the Faces and Voices of Recovery Canada and Recovery Day websites.
In addition, our own CACCF Executive Director Jeff Wilbee, is being honoured for his contribution to the recovery advocacy movement in Canada by resurrecting the silver ribbon campaign.

CACCF signs MOU with Addiction Professionals Association of Alberta

The Board of Directors of the CACCF is pleased to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between the CACCF and the Addiction Professionals Association of Alberta (APAA). This paves the way to ensure Alberta Members will receive provincial representation in Alberta with full support of the CACCF federated Board.

Special Membership Meeting
A special meeting of the CACCF is being called for Monday, September 15th, 2014 at 6:30pm EST. The subject of the meeting is to seek membership approval of the revised by-laws of the corporation. This meeting will be conducted by teleconference technology. The toll-free call in number with codes will be announced prior to the meeting. All Members are encouraged to attend.

CCSA
CACCF signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the CCSA

The CACCF is excited to announce that we have entered into a partnership with the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at this years IOS conference.
