Since the primary purpose of certification
is the "protection of the public" CACCF has established procedures to respond
to complaints of unprofessional conduct. Each member must subscribe to the
Canon of Ethical Principles and adhere to the standards of practice. The
Professional Conduct Review (PCR) could lead to suspension or revocation of a
members certification. The PCR procedures include: Making A Complaint;
Basis Of Complaints; Filing A Complaint, Process and File Complaint (includes
preliminary review and investigation); The Hearing; Decisions; Appeals; and Follow
Up Procedures.
